I've been relying on them ever since I moved, and they've been a constant source of help since then. They handle even the smallest jobs with care, and they can solve any household problem that no one else could. Whenever something goes wrong, I consult them first. I'll continue to rely on them!! Thank you so much!

This is the second time we've asked them to paint our exterior walls.
Last time, they were very polite, and whenever I asked for advice, they responded immediately and provided easy-to-understand explanations, which was really helpful. This time in particular, they explained the situation to the neighbors before the work began, and since the building's water supply was cut off from the main pipe, they even handled the paperwork with city hall, which was very helpful. They are the perfect example of someone who really goes to the trouble of fixing everything, and are a little different from the companies you often see advertised. Another good thing is that they also handle things other than painting. They are a company I can recommend, and I would definitely like to ask them for help again if I need anything. Thank you for this time.

We were having trouble with rainwater seeping in due to the deterioration of our tiled roof. We had several cold calls trying to make us feel anxious about the current problem. They provided us with an estimate based on our budget, and they explained in detail on the tablet where work needed to be done, as well as how to check the condition after the work was completed. We left the job to them with peace of mind from start to finish. I'm glad I found Kasaya Maintenance Kobo this time.

I received excellent service for repairing a leaky roof. During the estimate, the craftsman and the company president came together, taking photos of each step and providing a clear and thorough explanation.

Since my house is old, I asked if it would be better to repair about half of the roof, but they were very conscientious, saying, "It's a waste to do unnecessary work," and only repaired the part causing the leak.

The craftsmen worked efficiently and finished on schedule, and the leak was successfully resolved!

They also advised me on how to deal with the insurance company, and I am truly grateful for everything they did. I am deeply thankful.

I would definitely like to use their services again if needed.

I had my roof leak repaired.

When they came for the estimate, the very polite female president came with the craftsman. The craftsman climbed onto the roof, removed the tiles, thoroughly inspected the roof, and provided an estimate that only repaired what was necessary.

During the repairs, they took photos at the end of each day's work and showed them to me, so I could keep track of the progress.

The craftsman remembered a concern I mentioned during the estimate and addressed that as well. They always bring a proper estimate.

The roof leak is fixed, and I'm relieved. The president is local, so she said I can contact her anytime if anything comes up, which is also reassuring.

The craftsman is also local.

I searched online and requested estimates from a total of four companies, but considering the thorough inspection of the roof (some were just muddy), the price, and the personalities of the president and craftsman, I'm really glad I chose this local house maintenance workshop.

Estimates are free, so if you're hesitant, I recommend asking them.

Update
In August 2026, the corrugated sheet roof was torn off and peeled away by a typhoon, so I contacted House Maintenance Workshop again!
The president and craftsmen came to inspect it right away and provided an estimate promptly.
This time, I was planning to file an insurance claim, so they also prepared the photos I needed for the claim, which was very helpful.
I needed photos from various angles.

Two craftsmen repaired it, and it was completed in one day.
It's an old house, so I think there was damage in various places, but they fixed it thoroughly.

Even though it was corrugated sheet roofing, I was worried because the roof had been torn up and rain and wind were blowing in, but I am very grateful for their quick response during what must have been a busy time right after the typhoon, and it was a great help!

When I first met them, the president said something like, "We have defined the scope of our services so that we can respond immediately when people are worried or in trouble..." and I now understand what he meant!

December 2023, Matsuda, Nogi Town
●Considering renovations due to deterioration of my 30-year-old house
The renovations included repairing and painting the roof base, painting the exterior walls, and maintaining the balcony.
●Since I didn't know the market price, I consulted with a major company, two mid-sized companies, and a local maintenance workshop. I received explanations from all four companies regarding the current situation, applicable construction methods, materials, etc., and received estimates.
●The most expensive was the major company, and it seemed their applicable construction methods were fixed, so lower-cost consultations were not possible. Of the two mid-sized companies,
one didn't even offer material samples?
The other explained various things, but seemed to have a sales-oriented approach and lacked substance.
●The explanations from the house maintenance workshop were from craftsmen, so I was able to understand the deteriorated parts of my house and the applicable construction methods very well.
Regarding the price, it was originally the cheapest, but the president gave me a lot of advice on construction methods, and I was able to renovate for about 60% of the price of the major company.
During construction, the craftsmen stopped what they were doing to kindly answer my questions, and addressed any concerns I had. ●We were able to go ahead with the renovation thanks to your responsiveness to our requests and your reasonable pricing that was within our reach.

We wanted to express our gratitude and share our impressions of our home renovation, which was completed within our limited budget.

I once asked them to help with something else, and I remember how grateful I was when the couple came by bicycle to check things out.
I once asked the husband to do some electrical work as a construction company employee. I had the impression that he was a quiet person, but he was meticulous about his work, and he repaired our 50-year-old house very skillfully.
His wife is very attentive to details, so I think they're just right for the job. It's in the countryside, but I hope they'll do their best.

The reason I contacted them was because the exterior walls and roof of a neighbor's house had been beautifully repainted, and I asked which company had done it. They immediately recommended them. When I asked them to repaint my own roof and exterior walls, they responded quickly, kindly, and honestly. The craftsmen were meticulous in every detail, and I'm incredibly grateful for their thoughtfulness.

I truly feel that I made the right decision in choosing this house maintenance company.

My house looks brand new, and I'm extremely satisfied and grateful! I hope we can continue our relationship for a long time to come. m(_ _)m

We requested repairs due to damage to our tiled roof and a leak in the second-floor Japanese-style room caused by strong winds in July.

Thanks to their quick response, a craftsman performed emergency repairs the very next day, and Mr. Kobayashi assisted with the insurance claim, took damage photos, and prepared the estimate.

We are extremely satisfied with the smooth and prompt completion of the work.

We are also grateful for the accurate advice we received from the experienced roofers and the young but reliable interior wall contractors at the start and end of the project.

Since they are local, we would like to ask for their services again if needed in the future.

I had known about the falling plaster for three years and had casually consulted them about it.
At the time, they said, "You'd better fix it soon. I'll come and take a look," but it didn't seem urgent. It would cost money, and since it's an old house, we might just rebuild it... Oh well! I went along with it.
After that, they never pushed me to buy anything, and for three years they were always concerned, saying, "Just let me know, I'll come and take a look anytime."
Recently, the plaster has been falling more frequently, and it seemed like the pieces were getting bigger, so I decided to have them take a look.
After they took a look, I realized that it was indeed a situation that needed to be fixed soon, so I asked them right away.
They looked at photos of the current condition and gave thorough explanations that were easy to understand even for a layman, answering all of my small questions, so I was able to leave it to them with peace of mind.
When they started working, they found five cracked tiles, and some that should have been sealed were missing...
They were worried about leaks.
Seeing the roof of our 50-year-old house, beautifully restored with pure white plaster,
I felt a sense of relief. I was worried and concerned for three years...
I should have asked for your help sooner.
My husband was born and raised here, we married, and we watched our children grow up here, and this is a home I love and feel attached to.
I no longer have any desire to pay for it again, and I feel from the bottom of my heart that I will continue to live in this home and cherish it.
I'm so glad I asked for your help.
Thank you very much.
